Apple pie is an all time fall classic favorite in our household. I was thrilled with the outcome as not only did the pie tasted devine but proudly enough lattice work actually baked to a perfect golden-brown. Thinly sliced granny Smith apples coated in cinnamon and folded in home made caramel sauce. The sweet and spicy flavors combined and baked in savory flaky home-made pie crust were perfect way to cozy up, overindulge, close in on this chilly night.
